  • Yes! Our venue has handicap accessible parking and rooms along with golf cart services for guests.

  • We can accommodate up to 275 people.

  • Yes, we require that you use one of our preferred caterer’s and planners/day-of coordinators. Please inquire to see a full list of our caterer’s and planners.

  • Yes, we do require that you hire a planner or day-of coordinator. This ensures that the day runs smoothly and our couples can enjoy their day without complications!

  • Yes, you will be responsible for providing linens. You can rent linens through our preferred caterers. We provide a plethora of table and chair options; 60” and 72” rounds, 6 and 8 foots, cocktail and sweetheart table, as well as fruitwood chivari chairs and white padded chairs for an outside ceremony. You are welcome to utilize any of the furniture in the ballroom, including a cake, gift, and place card table. This eliminates the need to purchase extra rentals!

  • Yes, we are BYOB but we require the services of a RAMP certified bartender (available through our caterer’s).

  • Yes, we have a spacious parking lot next to our ballroom. Directional signs are stationed across Linwood to help guests navigate themselves.

  • Yes, we allow tents in the grass behind our ballroom. We do not allow tents on our North Lawn.
