The Linwood Mansion
The majestic and historic Mansion is the cornerstone of our estate. As you arrive through the main gate and travel past the gardens, you are greeted by the Mansion’s iconic white columns and historic charm. With no detail missed, the Mansion boasts five large bedroom suites, each with stunning views overlooking the estate and Appalachian Mountain Range.
With a bridal parlor, gourmet kitchen and formal dining room, The Mansion’s historic charm is the perfect location for cocktail hour, a small ceremony and the central spot for all wedding activities.
The North Lawn & Linwood Gardens
Located directly in front of the Mansion’s grand entrance is The North Lawn, perfectly manicured to host ceremonies or cocktails under the large canopy of trees.
Graced with Grecian-style sculptures and a secret garden-esque impression, the Linwood Gardens and Labyrinth hosts rose gardens, Lucille’s pond and a waterfall are hidden among the maze of flowers and foliage.
The Appalachian Ballroom
The refined, barn-inspired ballroom features a grand entrance handcrafted sliding barn doors, elegant crystal chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows. Ideal for 275 of your closest family and friends, the ballroom has a built-in wooden bar and large attached Overlook providing a stunning backdrop of the South Mountains, an extension of the Appalachian Trail.
Blue Mountain Terrace
Step through a pair of classic French doors or meander through the back gardens to arrive at the Blue Mountain Terrace. This understated, quaint terrace is the perfect setting to host a classic cocktail party or cozy ceremony location.
“The grounds are immaculate, the staff is absolutely incredible and all of the ceremony options are beautiful. It rained on our wedding day, and one of the reasons we loved Linwood is because of the beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony options. We had the venue for the whole weekend and I highly recommend doing so!
