-Friday Check-In at 11AM, Sunday Check-Out at 12PM

-On-Site Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception space for up to 275 guests (either in Appalachian Ballroom, Mansion and North Lawn)

Rehearsal & Brunch
-Starts at 5PM, followed with option to hold a 3 hour dinner or welcome party from 6-9PM
-Option to host farewell brunch Sunday morning from 9-11AM

Rooms
-9 overnight bedrooms for Friday and Saturday night including Master Suite
-Rooms are located in the Mansion and the Cottage

Amenities
-Tables and chairs included for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as well as use of all furniture in mansion/ballroom
-Accessible parking and day-of golf cart services

Extras
-Complimentary iPhone video and photo footage within 48 hours of your wedding day

Corporate Package

Ballroom
-Host is allowed access to the Ballroom 1 hour before the start of the event and 1 hour after the end of the event
-Maximum of 4 hours of consecutive event time
-Maximum occupancy of the Ballroom is 275 guests
-Tables and chairs included: 72″ round tables, fruitwood Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, 6 & 8 foot tables

Mansion
-Maximum occupancy of the Mansion is 75 guests
-Host is allowed access to the Mansion 1 hour before the start of the vent and 1 hour after the end of the event
-Maximum of 4 hours of consecutive event time
-Tables and chairs included: 72″ round tables, fruitwood Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, 6 & 8 foot tables
